Integrated Project Management for Home Builders:

H.O.M.E.S. is project management software designed for home and condo builders to automate and organize the sale and construction of homes. This home builders’ software system is primarily intended for builders who develop projects consisting of subdivisions and/or condominiums. This is the main module of the H.O.M.E.S. family of products, to be used at the head office, sales offices and decor centers.

H.O.M.E.S. Lite is a project management software system designed for homebuilders and condominium developers with smaller scale projects. It includes the same features as H.O.M.E.S. but is limited to a maximum of 50 lots or units per project and is half the price.

The H.O.M.E.S. Purchase Order System is designed to automate and organize requisitioning and purchasing from contractors and suppliers. It functions as a reliable automatic notification system to keep trades informed regarding what they are required to build. It automatically generates purchase orders, work orders, change orders and cancellation notices, tracks work status and records invoice payments to avoid premature payments, duplicate payments and over-payments.

The H.O.M.E.S. Customer Service System is designed to automate and organize after-sales customer service issues and solutions. It is useful for performing pre-delivery inspections, generating and tracking service work orders,  and it maintains a complete history and analysis of all details pertaining to after-sales service matters to help ensure customer satisfaction and avoid compensation.

The H.O.M.E.S. Contact Management System is a contact/customer relationship tracking sales tool specifically designed for homebuilders and condominium developers. It is designed to reduce the workload and maximize the efficiency of sales agents, thereby helping to increase new home sales. The system can be integrated with the main H.O.M.E.S. system, or can be used as a stand-alone prospect/customer relationship (CRM) tracking system.

The H.O.M.E.S. Construction Site System is an ideal option to link construction site offices and provide access only to construction related information, print completion certificates and relay work completion status information back to the head office. It ensures the construction site office is always kept up-to-date with each lot or unit's current specifications, and makes sure head office is kept informed of the work completion status for every lot/unit.
