The example above shows a sample pre-delivery inspection form fully populated by the system and ready for signing. Naturally your work order may differ, and that is fine because you can customize your work orders any way you wish since they are printed using Microsoft Word® document templates. Add or remove information or insert your own logo in the template and all work orders for the project will appear just as you wish with information filled in automatically.

Notice that all lot/unit and deficiencies information is filled in on the PDI form for you. When you print the document, (usually via a wireless network or portable printer,) H.O.M.E.S. automatically fills in the information from the database in the template's designated positions. There is a multitude of information that can be inserted, typically including anything pertinent to the inspection or lot/unit.

Photographs may be easily assigned directly to deficiencies. Inclusion of photos on the form is optional. Once a photo is assigned, it will be automatically forwarded with the deficiency to the applicable work order(s) so there is no confusion for contractors.
