The Service Status Summary by Lot/Unit provides your customer/warranty service department with a quick analysis by work order origin of the completion status of service work order deficiencies for each Lot or Unit in the project. This provides a convenient way to quickly determine how well service is being completed by work order origin category to ensure you are meeting warranty program or internal policy deadlines, when you don't necessarily need the specific work order/deficiency detail.

You may filter the report for a specific lot/unit(s), contractor, trade category etc. in any combination in case you are only interested in analyzing specific information, and you can customize how close to the deadline date work orders must be before they are highlighted in bold on the report. The report may be sorted by lot/unit number, closing/occupancy date, purchaser name or warranty program enrollment number.
