The Construction by Task Date Report is a great tool to list scheduled tasks and can be filtered by Lot/Unit, Trade category,  Contractor, Worker/Team, Dates, specific tasks or groups of tasks etc in any combination. This example lists tasks for a 1 month time period, and is sorted by Lot/Unit, but it may also be sorted by date.

This report is ideal for providing up-to-date lists of scheduled tasks, and may filtered for and emailed directly to specific contractor(s).
