The Colours Analysis Report is a powerful way to display purchasers' finishes and quantities by individual lot/unit or for the entire project. This empowers the user to instantly list all the lots/units that have selected a specific standard or upgraded colour choice, including quantities by colour selection (eg by room) and totals for the lot/unit and the entire report.

The report may be sorted by lot/unit, colour selection (room) or colour choice, and totals are always provided where applicable. When reporting by colour choice, the report becomes a powerful take-offs report that can quickly provide grand total quantities for the entire project by colour choice. This is especially valuable for condo builders who need to know totals for the whole project rather than just by individual lot/unit.

In addition, the report may be filtered by trade, so you can easily provide all the purchaser's choices relevant to a specific trade for a single lot/unit or the entire project on one fast report. The example above displays a colours analysis of all purchasers' choices relevant to carpet, including the lot/unit detail sorted by colour choice. (The report is also available in summary format without the lot/unit detail.)
