The actual reports are much more clear.

The Changes by Trade Report displays for each trade all of the firm upgrades and extras for each lot/unit, optionally including the associated cost with subtotals by lot/unit.

You may filter the report for a specific trade, lot/unit, Option, date(s) sold etc in any combination. In addition, this report may be used to display only those miscellaneous upgrades/extras that are missing trade costs, to ensure no costs are missed.
