The example above shows a sample purchase order generated using the H.O.M.E.S. Purchase Order System. Naturally your purchase order may differ, and that is fine because you can customize your purchase orders any way you wish since they are printed using Microsoft Word® document templates. Purchase orders may include costs as shown, or can exclude costs as a work order/change order, because even the columns in the body of the purchase order template are customizable. In fact, you can have up to 3 separate formats print automatically when you print a purchase order, for example: 1) - a purchase order with costs, 2) - a work order without costs, and 3) - a pre-printed completion certificate with P.O. detail included. Notice that all contractor, lot/unit and project information is filled in for you. When you print a document, H.O.M.E.S. automatically fills in the information from the database in the template's designated positions. There is a multitude of information that can be inserted, typically including anything pertinent to the purchase order or lot/unit. |
