Above is a sample Offer Information Sheet which displays all of the information relevant to an individual purchaser's original offer, and also doubles as a financial summary later in the process, as it will include all the upgrades/extras from the decor appointment, settlements received, total closing adjustments etc. to arrive at a closing balance.

The Offer Information Sheet is generated using a MS-Word document  template, (as are all H.O.M.E.S. documents,) so it is fully customizable but still populated automatically.
