Above is a sample mutual release automatically generated using H.O.M.E.S. When a mutual release is required, you simply load the applicable offer and select 'Mutual Release'. The document is automatically generated and displayed at which point you need only type in the method of disbursal for the deposit(s) received.

As with all other documents created using H.O.M.E.S., all other information is automatically inserted for you. You then just print the document, ready for signing.

As with all purchaser documents generated by H.O.M.E.S., signature tags are embedded automatically for e-signing and also automatically adjusted taking into consideration the number of purchasers for the lot/unit.
