The actual reports are much more clear.

The Changes by Trade Report displays for each trade all of the firm upgrades and extras for each lot/unit. Selling prices are left off the report for the Construction Site Office System version, but are optional in the main H.O.M.E.S. module's version. You may filter the report for a specific trade, lot/unit, Option, date(s) sold etc in any combination
